La ubicación es perfecta

Excelente ubicación, la zona de Reforma tiene muchos restaurantes y tiendas a solo unas cuadras, también es muy seguro para caminar a cualquier hora. El hotel y el personal excelente.

Tuvimos un inconveniente con el A/C de la habitación, no estaba funcionando. Le hice saber al personal pero lastimosamente no pudieron hacer nada para solucionar. Me volví a hospedar unos días después y se aseguraron que mi habitación tuviera el A/C en perfectas condiciones.

I really liked the location as it is very well located if you would like to be near the Reforma area. The hotel seems elegant and nice with great facilities.

If you want to stay somewhere where you don't hear the music from clubs all night, this is not the location to stay at. Wasn't horrible, but worth mentioning.

Had a great stay. Rooms were comfy and clean. Great location within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. We were on the 9th floor and had access to the lounge. You could hear a bit of music from the club nearby at night but it didn’t bother us.

Wat to noisy at nights difficult to sleep. You can listen music from bars close by until 5 am

A modern hotel in a fantastic location. The rooftop pool area was a real bonus and was bigger than it looked in the photos. A really nice place to relax after visit visiting the city. A fabulous choice at breakfast… and all the staff from those in the restaurants to reception and in the pool area couldn’t be more helpful

Nothing
