Got food poisoning and paid around 200 dollars for average at best dinner for my partner and my self, while the location is great expect to pay four times the price for anything at the resort

Nice on the beach

The resort was of a good standard with plenty of activities and dining options. The rooms though were a bit dated and could do with a really good maintenance clean and upgrade. The majority of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Be really good if the GM could crack a smile and interact with the guests. Email communication could be improved to help guests with planning their stay.

The staff were friendly and made us feel pampered and welcome. It truly is like stepping into another world for a time. The resort grounds, rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Staff are busy cleaning and maintaining the grounds and facilities from the morning to the evening. There are resort staff scattered across the grounds monitoring and helping when needed and always in sight. The only issue we had was that there seems to be a smell that comes from all the shower drains. We had this issue in both rooms we occupied. I suspect there is a problem with the drain trap which is letting in the sew smells. This was very unfortunate as the bathrooms are very clean so the smell is jarring and contrasting to the otherwise clean look of everything. Hate to have to bring it up, but its worth mentioning. We really enjoyed our stay at the Warwick; I can not stress that the staff make the Warwick a great place to stay, they are friendly, professional and vigilant.

Wow where do we begin?! From the themed buffet nights, incredible movie scene beaches and coconut trees to the amazing staff who made every waking moment incredible. 10/10 recommend. Daily activities you could choose to partake in, plenty of drink choices, kayaks etc available for free use. Its an amazing relaxing holiday destination and resort.

We had a dreadful experience: - Had to swap rooms (after having fully unpacked) as the air-con was too hot and not working and the tv was also not working properly. - aircon was also underpowered in the room we moved to. - door handle broken all week despite reporting it twice. - 3 items stolen from the balcony of my sons' room. We followed-up all week and no-one could make a decision re compensation, and we were given the run-around all week. - Hotel also messed up our return private minibus transfer to the airport, which meant we nearly missed our flight. - Resort is tired and simply sweating their asset with no care for customer satisfaction, eg they advertise use of bikes, but have none, only 2 squash rackets for 3 courts, virtually no snorkeling equipment left, etc.

Definitely not a 5 star resort. If you're planning to book here, only do it if you're paying half, or less, than Shangri La or Outrigger. I'm not sure who manages the Warwick but they run it like a theme park. Deprive guests of water so they have to buy it at the bar, make you wear a wristband at all times (and walk back to your room in torrential rain whilst holding a toddler to get it) or you'll be refused service. No towels when room is made up, no toilet paper. Food is expensive ($80 pp) for buffet style average pub food (spaghetti, wedges, rice). If it's not really cheap don't book it.

Awesome results with such friendly helpful staff always with a smile on their faces . Our room was fab with a great ocean view located on the Suva side. Quiet beach . If extended stay you need a car as we did as nothing outside the resort. Dining options great and highlight for us aside from the sea snakes and reef shark was the lagoon side dinning at the wicked walu restaurant .gorg garden setting and resort is beachfront . Beautiful sunsets and quiet!
