Please note the airport pick-up services are for guests arriving at Queenstown International Airport on flights within a 20-minute window. There is also a private service available from for up to 5 guests. Charges apply. Please note that for safety reasons, if booking a Deluxe Studio or Suite, families with children under the age of 6 will be allocated ground floor accommodations. Please ensure that all children’s ages are advised at the time of booking. Please note for bookings of 6 or more rooms, different payment policies and procedures may apply. The property will be in touch after booking to provide these. Millbrook’s commitment to achieve environmentally sustainable tourism means the resort will no longer be facilitating daily room servicing. As a result of our Greener Stay program launch in 2022, we successfully eliminated more than 28,000kg of CO2e from going into the atmosphere. This is equivalent to flying the entire circumference of the world almost five times. As a thank you for supporting us on our mission to create a better and healthier environment, we have credited your account with $25 per room for each night of your stay (excluding your arrival night) to use at any of our resort outlets.
