The Westin Washington, D.C. City Center

Comfortable stay, very accommodating front desk team. And Abdul and his colleagues in the breakfast restaurant where very nice.

Great hotel. Typical Westin experience. Excellent ambiance, beds & linens, and showers. Love the signature “White Tea” scented toiletries. Breakfast with Abdul’s service was outstanding!

Abdul took care of us for our morning breakfast. He is kind, welcoming and made our morning more enjoyable.

I rarely leave tripadvisor reviews, but this experience warrants one. Kevin at the front desk at the Westin City Center delivered exceptional service. I messed up my booking and did not discover it until I went to check-in, at the end of a long stressful workday. Kevin fixed my issue with nothing but a smile on his face. What stood out most was his empathy, calm problem-solving, and genuine willingness to help—qualities that feel increasingly rare. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a memorable, positive experience. Being quite tired at the end of my 2nd trimester of pregnancy, I was especially grateful for the care and thoughtfulness. Kevin, thank you for taking such great care of me (and my baby on the way!).

We had a good stay. We finally found out that the metro is within a stone's throw of the place. We used the metro after we found that out and found this method of transportation to be great. We booked online, and the man on booking dot com or some such site said our location was the other hotel. It was not. We listen closely. The Westin ended up being a good choice. We are from a small town, so the vibe here is different but good. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable with great linens. The noise from outside was completely normal for a city. It did take a little getting used to. I adjusted quickly. The mall is very near. We visited TJ Max, but we didn't go there to shop. We walked to all of the museums, and there were so many. The art museum with paintings from so long ago and from all over the world. was perhaps the one that stands out to me. The art made was so real, so it made me feel as if I was stepping into the painting's landscape or with that person. Seeing the original Constitution was perhaps the second best.

Abdul was fantastic at breakfast.

We had Breakfast at the Westin. The staff Sinte is amazing. She really warms our heart for a beautiful morning.
