"Beautiful Hotel and Great Experience."

Love the location. Hotel is beautiful and the restaurant food was amazing. Had dinner and breakfast there. Staff was on top of it. Beautiful bar and great drinks.

The shower was strange. No doors at all to shower so it gave a modern vibe. Problem was after you shower our entire bathroom floor was puddled with water. My husband had to use all the towels to clean it up. It was a mess. The bed was comfortable enough. Pillows were not good. When you laid on them they went completely flat.

We loved the pool area and the hotel was very nice and a great location

They had a wedding reception while we were there and even though we were on the 5th floor the walls vibrated from the music until well after midnight and it was impossible to sleep. They need some serious sound proofing in their reception area if they’re going to have receptions deep into the night.

The overall grandeur is such a great experience. From the decor to the amenities and delicious food always makes my trip a dream come true.

We adore the property and choose the Galvez over San Luis because of the Gigi beach services. It was such a let down that there was not a Gigi setup on the beach this time. Had we known, we would have come prepared.
