Convenient to my event. Elegant look and feel.

Wasn’t sure about parking. Front entrance pull in is tight. Ended up Valet parking because of lack of parking.

Staff was amazing & so courteous, helpful , rooms exceptional.

Our room was right by the elevator, and just above the valet/entry to hotel. Patrons were so noisy exiting the elevator-often talking in the hallway (12 midnight thru 4 am). At 5 & 6 am patrons getting in & out of vehicles then had 20-30 minute conversations. I have never been more exhausted in my life!

This is only a suggestion, since we stayed in King Suite which was very large and roomy, I think there is enough space in the “living room “ area for a small table and chais to sit to drink coffee or set up to work.

Got double charged for the room. I got charged through booking.com then the guy behind the desk took about 30 minutes trying to find my reservation through booking.com. then he told me everything was taken care of and he needed a card for incidentals. I gave him my debit card not knowing he was charging me for the room. I did not find out he charged me for the room until days later after looking at my banking app. I have been trying to resolve this for 3 weeks. No one at the property has tried to help me everyone says they will check into it and call back not one single person has called me back emailed me or tried to resolve this issue.

The rooms were big, lots of room. Beds were ok. I've had better beds at other Hamptons. nice lobby decor.

The check in area could be a little better, bigger. I did not like the parking situation. When I looked up the property it stated private parking. No where did it say street parking or Vallee parking with a charge. I will know better than to stay downtown the next visit.

Initially, we had no major problems. Very CLEAN. Price and service was very good. Valets were great considering the tight parking location. They were the one moving the car around. Again, good job. Location was great, easy 10-minute walk to the convention center, concert arena, baseball field, etc. Good police presence as the Andres Bocelli concert was packed. Breakfast was very good. Need Decaf coffee :-) . Room was very nice, walls recently painted, W/C was great. The room was great, NO CONSTRUCTION NOISE DURING "SLEEP TIME." No major problems except load A/C. The hotel has a present and future.

A/C fan was loud. Hallway carpeting must be replaced ASAP: It is clean but very worn. But remember hotel is under renovation. Need new pillows. Suggestion: Need a restaurant in additional to breakfast area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. The room was nice.

The temperature in the room was not to my liking, and we set the thermostat low, but it still didn't seem to get cool enough, but it wasn't too bad.
