Front desk staff was not very friendly and they were very nonchalant but valet staff was very helpful

Terrible hotel! The hotel is very old and not clean. The photos on Booking do not reflect the hotel’s poor and deteriorated condition in reality.

Liked the location

There’s no parking!

The Tutweiler was located in an outstanding location within the city. Lots of sites and facilities and close to the BJCC where we attended a concert. The facility was unique and very old.

The breakfast; for such a unique and refined hotel like the Tutweiler, the typical Hampton Inn breakfast did not reflect the grandeur of the hotel. Parking was terrible, had to gamble of space if not using Valet parking, which in itself was crowded. Ongoing construction was an inconvenience, but understandable. Noisy hallways at night from rude guests unable to keep their voices down. Room was small, but well equipped.
