Staff was excellent. Deluxe king was roomy, beautiful room. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful and attentice.

No view and noisy. Thermostat was a bit weird. My husband didn't sleep well the first night because of what seemed like pipes banging. Next morning, woke up to a lot of dumpster noise with trash pick up.attentive. second night I figured out the thermostat and less noise.

Beautiful lobby

We were put in a room across the street in an apartment. Absolutely no water pressure. No amenities other than soap and shampoo. There was no bottled water to make coffee or to drink. It needed updating. Even closet door was broken.

The hotel and location was wonderful. The only downside was the staff. The front desk had bad attitude. Not welcoming, or asked if we enjoyed our stay or thanked us for coming. For a boutique hotel I expect great service to match. I would go back because we enjoyed everything else. Riding the Ferris wheel at pleasure pier when the sun sets is amazing.

Beautifully styled hotel

The cost of the shuttle to the port is 15 dollars each and it’s literally 2 minutes away and 5 minutes to walk
