I stayed at the hotel for my wedding weekend, and Emily was always so helpful. Unfortunately, the parking attendant on Friday night was rude, and although I speak Spanish, there was still some miscommunication. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

The staff were indifferent. And downright rude. You have to valet your car and they were not quick.
