the location to the theater district was perfect

the price for the room was quite high. The room was small, the bathroom was smaller. The shower leaked and there were water bubbles on the ceiling in the bathroom. Now all of this isn't horrible. I have stayed in far worse places. However I felt that the price was quite exaggerated. And this wasn't just the added taxes....city tax, lodging tax, etc
