Customer service was exceptionally great. We received early check in the day we reached. Every one was super nice and location was brilliant. Excellent breakfast, infinity pool and we received complimentary prosecco.

I only wish the infinity pool is open beyond 6 pm in the evening

The hotel’s location was excellent and incredibly convenient for the ferry port. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, with stunning views and very welcoming staff. Our room also had a beautiful balcony view, and the complimentary minibar was a really nice touch that added to the overall experience.

The rooms felt a little dated, particularly the bathrooms, which could benefit from some refurbishment. We also found the tipping culture quite prominent throughout the stay. On a few occasions, staff asked directly about tips, and it sometimes felt as though the level of service became dependent on the amount given, which was disappointing given the overall cost of the stay.
