Staff was amazing! So accommodating and kind - 10/10!

The desk in our room could be removed and a bench in its place for luggage etc would have been SO nice. We didn’t have a place for our luggage - but we made it work.

"This hotel in my opinion was overpriced and not what I expected for 1200 euros per night."

The pool and location for water activities

The rooms are outdated and the noise from the ferry in front of the hotel. The amenities and breakfast were disappointing.

WE loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and the suite we had was beautiful.The service was amazing the 2 women at the front desk were so helpful and booked our dinners and boats and car service .. Breakfast was amazing.. Just a beautiful place. If you are using Ferry's its the best location since you do NOT have to carry luggage up the hills or use the porters.

Warm welcome ( champagne to celebrate our anniversary) Location, views, cleaning service outstanding, breakfast was outstanding, being able to walk off ferry and check in within 2 mins. Everyone very professional and helpful.

Having to pay for bags to be transported to a location that a car could pick us up from.
