O ambiente da recepção: muito bonito e um cheiro marcante, carregador de malas bem profissional. Cama confortável, cortesia de chá Twinigs, wc com shampoo e sabonete bem consistente e agradável, quarto limpo. Serviço de estacionamento terceirizado: muito bom com uma equipe educada e prestativa!

Não gostei do booking que deixou a desejar com algumas informações importantes: formas de pagamento incompleta. Me senti usando um quarto inferior por ser reservado pelo booking. Pedi nas observações que o quarto tivesse uma decoração/um toque especial: não foi feito e nem tão pouco foi avisado de que não seria feito. Tb não foi informado de que o café da manhã é a parte.

El desayuno fue muy bueno y quiero destacar la atención del personal , la gente de recepción impecable, sobre todo una chica de Venezuela súper resolutiva . Cama cómoda ok

Fue un desastre , llegamos y pedimos una habitación doble . Los dos baños estaban sucios , uno con rastros de heces y el otro con pelos y unatapita de gaseosa en el piso, las instalaciones son viejas , no es un hotel 5 estrellas para NADA, totalmente decepcionante , fuimos a cenar al restaurante y nos dieron cualquier cosa no lo que pedimos . El gym es tristísimo también , la habitación con olor a humedad
