I had the worst stay save your money and stay at the hilton or something else this place stinks and the tub leaked my entire stat everything was flooded in my hotel room

The food was cold also in breakfast

The staff was extremely helpful and upbeat. They managed a situation I had with Booking.com professionally and quickly.

A little more choice at breakfast would be nice, but it was good enough

The staff was nice.

There were two spiders in the bathroom. One on the towel when I picked it up to use and one in the shower. Also the breakfast was the worst i have ever had in my history of staying at a hotel. I walked to Cracker Barrel across the street both days.

The breakfast was good, but the location was excellent for our travel.

My dog broke his leg stepping into a hole in the grass in front of the parking lot. The blankets on the beds were extremely thin as paper, leaving us cold every night. The emergency plan for disabled people in wheelchair or scooter was to wait in the stairwell for help or carry them down the stairs. God help you if the disabled person is obese or in an electric wheelchair or scooter. I guess they loose them if they're too heavy. I had a cousin for a patient and I'm her caregiver, we brought a scooter for her if she had difficulty walking, when we looked at the emergency plan it became a nightmare. She lost her ability to walk on the second day and we were on the second floor, elevator exit only nightmare. We left early on the 3rd day to get our dog home as soon as my patient could walk to the car. Then they charged me $60 and $70.20 at the same time for 2 key card deposits. Still haven't gotten the deposits back yet.
