Studios and Suites 4 Less Gum Road

Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom clean. Living room dingy. Kitchen OK. Paid $64 thru Expedia so you get what you pay for. Many unsavory characters hanging around outdoors. Front desk employees didn’t look professional. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room smelled like old cigarettes, even though it was non-smoking, but it was clean.

Room was large and clean. Front desk was good. Grounds around the motel filled with trash.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was Very helpful. Only thing missing was a breakfast bar. Better coffee in the room would be nice. Overall a good place to stay for the price. Good location

First room i had smelled strongly of weed and had the windows open to try and air out. Next room was across hall and still got periods where I smelled weed. The towel rack by bathroom sink was broken. The couch was missing a leg and the kitchenet sink leaked. The AC unit barely worked and was in very poor shape. The bed was relitively comfortable. The hallways smelled of smoke even though it was a non smoking hotel. And the front area smelled of a mixture of smoke and weed.

Close to my work destination, good value for the price. I'll stay here again. One thing - would be nice to have a sign out by the main road. I passed the place since the property sits back from the main road.

It had large rooms with a refrigerator sink microwave and a decent bathroom

Very surprised how the room was laid out, had two queen beds but yet a separate sitting area. two tv's in the room also. If it wasn't just a one night stay this would be great for a weekend get away
