Front staff and shuttle staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. If light sleeper, recommend ear plugs. Noisy traffic at times at night where close to highway and lanes of traffic.

Second time staying at this property and everything is always great and wants to come back again.
The main reason for choose this hotel was for the convenience of being close to the airport / shuttle service. I waited for 45 mins before calling an uber.

Couldn't get a pickup from the aairport because we were not at a gate. We were dropped by the Carnival Cruise line bus at the airport drop off location
This is a nice hotel but we will never stay here again as the air freshener and scent machines were so strong it made many people in our party ill and triggered my asthma. It was overbearing and ruined the stay.
Vanessa was awesome at check in. Very polite and helpful and professional. More staff needed like her.
