"The staff were fantastic. I checked in last Friday around 6pm. Young girl with long hair was exceptional."

The spa & restaurant area. Although the gents changing area needs attentions. Paint flaking off the ceilings in the shower areas. Poor lighting in that area. A lack of air conditioning.

Rooms are comfortable but dated. Carpet needs changing. Bathroom old fashioned.

It was clean

None of the lights worked in the room we got a member off staff from the front desk to have a look but they didn’t do much they didn’t even offer to change our room they just told me they would make a note off it for hotel maintenance and left us in the room with no lights

"Spa facilities close earlier on the weekends"

Lovely staff, comfortable room with a big bed.

Let me start by being clear that this isn't pointing blame at the hotel, but rather a word to others about the facilities. The pool and spa facilities were the main reason we booked this particular hotel, but we were disappointed when we arrived at 7pm on a Saturday that they close at 8pm on weekends. Again, not the hotel's fault as we should have confirmed ourselves, but just something to be aware if you're considering booking for a Saturday or Sunday.
