FRUn excellent hôtel, à deux pas de la place centrale d'Otavalo mais au calme. Très belle décoration. Jardins fleuris et patio intérieur. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec une très bonne literie et une douche bien chaude. Il y a même un radiateur électrique et une lampe de chevet, ce qui est rare en Équateur. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Et une équipe très sympathique et chaleureuse à l'accueil et en cuisine.

USThe breakfast was outstanding, and the coffee was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and did everything they could to make sure I enjoyed my stay. And I did.

De ruime 5-persoons kamer die we geboekt hadden was zonder bericht ineens niet beschikbaar. Uiteindelijk is het opgelost maar het was fijn geweest als er beter gecommuniceerd was.

DEA little oasis in town with lovely, helpful staff and great breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.
DEStaff was super nice and overall it was a good stay
The room had a gap over the door that couldn’t be closed, allowing for bugs (and bright light in the middle of the night) to enter freely, which made us uncomfortable. There was also a window above the bed that could not be shaded so we were awake once the sun came up. Overall it’s simple and a bit dated and the bed was not the most comfortable but for South America standards ok. For the price we had gotten better though in other parts of Ecuador.
