The property is located in a private neighborhood of very, very narrow streets and entry was at a difficult angle. We wound up having basement rooms that we could hear everything going on in the rooms above us until very late hours, well past quiet time at 10 PM. No restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance, more like 2025. The refrigerator was not plugged in, so the dessert we had brought with us got ruined. The lights would go out, and then come on minutes later. There were no directions to operate the television set or on how to operate the air conditioning. Jonathan, the host was very nice, however, the above items should be corrected. The grounds were wonderful as where the pool, but parking is a bit difficult.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Während des Aufenthaltes hatte ich einen Notfall, sofort und gerne wurde geholfen, wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben.

Schönes, modernes und komfortables Zimmer. Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und hat für den Geburtstag meines Mannes ganz spontan einen Kuchen und Champagner organisiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt.

Comfort, pulizia e gentilezza del personale. Piscina con giardino in completo relax pomeridiano, la sera grigliata con amici. La mattina successiva colazione abbondante ad un prezzo più che abbordabile

We had a really pleasant stay at Villa Cuore. The resort and the room correspond the marketing. The room was tidy and cosy, with a modern bathroom. We were on the ground floor without balcony. The rooms with balcony seemed nice, too. The garden is cute and has a little pool, ok for swimming a few rounds. There were a lot of sunbeds, trees for shade, and a swing. The breakfast was fresh and there were a lot of options, yoghurt, juice, croissants, eggs etc. Our host Jonathan was super nice and helpful, and always on good mood. The villa is surrounded by a fence and the parking is also inside the gates. There are wonderful nature and trekking activities such as Monte Bolettone just a short drive from the villa. We heartily recommend this friendly B & B.

The drive from the villa to Como is a bit challenging due to narrow roads. We preferred bus (C40)  as Como also hasn't got a lot of parking spaces.
