Location was good

The bathroom was to small and the restaurant was closed we booked because we always go every night we stay and we had to go elsewhere

The location was great, staff were nice, room was comfortable for a motel

Only downfall would be being able to hear everyone walking past or cars being locked/unlocked because you are so close but its not a huge issue
