Townhouse OAK Edassery's Sealine Villa Stay

Overall a good place to hang out with family and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. We can enjoy sea front side and backwaters backside.

We opted for breakfast and it was horrible. They charged around 1000 for breakfast for 4 adults and we got a few idlis and breads. That's it. No option at all. It was a really bad experience. Also other bad experience was the bed. It was difficult to combine 2 beds. If you go with a child, you have to adjust it.

There is nothing to like, because the hotel was full and I didn't get the booking I tried contacting booking.com.

Location was good

The attitude of staff especially in restaurant was not good. There was no hospitality training for staffs I think and no handwash in restaurant, no toilet papers and had only one mineral water of 1 ltr. Due restaurant and bar are same so it's not safe for families especially in the evening . Staffs were not ready to support luggage to room.

Breakfast were horrible..restaurant staff are rowdies..no ever seen a breakfast timing till 9:30 reason they said they want to open the bar at 10 .no eggs nothing just bread butter jam and a tea a south indian braed with a watery curry .not at all worth.
