First of all they were filling used water bottles and keeping them in rooms plus there was no hot water provided for bathing . When we reached the hotel they denied for our check in . The hotel is not at all family friendly as some sort of sus activities were going on . Please don’t waste your money

Room and amenities were decent. hospitality of the staff was soo good. Room service was good.

Bathroom was well-appointed. Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was neat and clean.

Fast and Easy check-in process by the well-trained receptionist. The mattresses were so soft and fluffy and nicely cleaned by the housekeeping staff.

Nice and Clean room with friendly staff Rooms were very neat and clean. Staff were friendly and we had a wonderful stay. A nice and worth recommended hotel.

1) The hospitality was great. The owner/desk staff were extremely helpful. We had our 10 months old baby with us and the staff helped us preparing his food and boiling his bottles too. 2) The ambience and arrangement of the hotel was great. Room service was great. 3) The rooms were quite big in dimensions and clean too. 4) Highly recommended. 5) Although the location was far from the city centre, the city centre is easily accessible via metro which is very close to this hotel.

1) The plumbing and bathroom fittings of all the rooms (we checked in 3 rooms) need urgent repairs. A major issue. 2) Not just this hotel, but all the hotels should make provision of slippers and face towels for all the visitors and they can count the stuff before check out. Slippers are a must for the bathroom and carrying them is tedious, especially in winters. There can be provision of diaposable slippers for all. Won't cost much. 3) Toiletries should include conditioner pouches, oil pouches and moisturiser pouches apart from soap and shampoo. And hair dryer too. 4) Also the illumination of the rooms should be changed to white light.
