This accommodation was in a great location on the beach and easy to get a tram into the city for our concert. The room was clean and comfortable and a lovely breakfast was served.

Great customer service and the location and views are amazing. The staff catered to my needs.

The lack of room service available was bad and the menus available in the restaurant and bar area needs work and some more choices for the steep price point. The bed also needs some updates.
