Location and use of the conference room.

Cleanliness was not acceptable. The increase in price for the so called “renovations” were non existent.

"Poor accomodation for a ridiculous price"

Staff are lovely

The quality vs cost. Our room was a disgrace. Rubbish left over from previous guests, no shampoo conditioner or soap in bathroom. Bathroom door scratched and dirty. Mould in the shower. Cornices half painted with a colour that doesn't match the rest of the room. The vanity tap/mixer broken so making it very hard to brush your teeth or wash your hands. Cost has almost doubled from last year and nothing has improved.
