The gest house was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. This is the perfect gest house for a weekend. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Borjomi.

I loved staying at this place. The location is perfect just a short walk from the bus station. It has a wonderful balcony and the room is nice. The hosts are lovely and try to help you with everything. If you don't speak russian they'll call their grandson! He is very helpful too. Just send him a message an booking.com and he'll get back to you asap. I left my bag there when i went on a two day hike and when i got back they made me stay at their house because the rooms were all booked. I highly recommend this place!

landlords were very rude, impolite and didn’t let me leave my luggage in the apartment for a few hours! I felt really uncomfortable staying with them.

It was a really nice house. You can work and cook there because they have enough space for it. I was there for one week and exploring Borjomi. This place is really close to center with bazaar and shops. But also comfy place that close to forest.

the location

The lady who owns the place didn’t even let us put down our backpacks, neither did she show us our room but she just asked IMMEDIATELY for our payment.. Nobody made our beds, we had to make them ourselves and had to ask for towels twice. There was no Mountain View (as promised in the description of the room). The bathroom was not so clean..
