504 Coral Reef

The place was clean,comfortable and we enjoyed it

The environment and ambience are good for holidays. Good place and the view of the beach is great

The ocean views and proximity of the beach as well as it being close to a shopping centre. There were enough utensils for all of us, and the entertainment system was great.

The dishwasher didn't work and the door handles kept falling out. The couch was also a bit beaten up, and the bed pillows didn't have enough support. The smaller bedrooms don't get enough natural light. We couldn't access some of the cupboards because they were locked.

The View

The one rooms door handle is broken. Cant close the door. The other room the light is not working. There is no globes to use the lamps. In the one room your view is the court yard - which looks like a dumping site. Arriving at Coral Reef the security day shift lady accepted us very friendly. After that she was trying to sell socks to us, Asking us for any left over food. My familiy felt obligated to give her money as she was going on about her family and losing children. We dont mind helping people. But that was a bit much on a brake away. We paid why to much for not being able to let the rest of the family use there own rooms, as there is no working handle, or working lights for that matter. The facility is not being well maintained.

They changed our room that we had booked just because their regular clients suddenly booked. The room they gave us had no hot water, no enough towels and no one to tidy up. I would not recommend it to anyone. We needed up in room 208 yet we had booked 504.
