Location and staff were great Bed and pillows were hard as rocks

bed hard as a rock - wifi did not work

When we left very early in the morning.

It looked nothing like the photos that were on the website. Bathroom was filthy, hair in shower everywhere, brown smudges on walls, the bed was so soft and you could feel and hear every spring each time you moved. My partner nearly fell out of the bed it was sloped down that much.

The shower was absolutely divine and the beds were extremely comfortable. The gentleman who gave us the keys was so kind and the cleaning staff were also wonderfully friendly

The smart TV wouldn’t let us onto any of the streaming services even though it said it was connected to wifi

It was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was like sleeping on a raft in the ocean during a storm. One person rolls over and the other gets tossed about. The pillows need replacing. To be fair the bathroom was new and clean and the room had all new cabinetry.

Location was convenient to places we needed to visit. There was a bed each for my mother and myself.

It was noisy next to the main road in to town. The room smelled like damp carpet. The microwave door was coated in old food. The hand wash container at the bathroom sink was empty. The car park had blind corners so you didn't know if traffic was coming from the opposite direction.
