"Pleasant"

Fairly cheap/uncomfortable bed, room had a weird smell. Not terrible but not great given the price paid. Would choose to stay elsewhere given the choice.

It was dirty in reception and I knew my room wouldn't be clean. It was uncomfortable and not clean. The people beside were given keys to a room that hadn't even been cleaned since last occupied!

Room wasn't clean smelled really bad was also ask to pay bond for 1 night

There was no fans internet didn't work air conditioning didn't work the parking was bad the worker was rude didn't receive my money back straight away so now Im stranded in bundaberg with my kids as I've now gotta wait few days to receive my money back

The Aircon wasn’t working properly. The shower was really low water pressure. I got put in the wrong room. I paid extra for. Didn’t get a king size bed. The pool was absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t even swim in it even though I paid for that as well. It’s absolutely ridiculous. For this motel. The pool was full of algae and dirt I took photos , as I was hoping to get some money back for not being able to use the pool
