Please be aware, Light Rail construction is occurring on Gold Coast Highway – there will be construction noise at night for the upcoming months. Please note that there is construction happening on The Esplanade and there could be some construction noise. IMPORTANT NOTICE – POTENTIAL CONSTRUCTION NOISE Burleigh and Miami are currently undergoing exciting regeneration projects, including the nearby Light Rail extension. As a result, guests may experience intermittent construction noise from sites behind and in front of the property during the day (typically until 5pm) and occasionally at night. While some days are quiet, others may include high-impact works such as jackhammering. Light Rail construction teams have advised that some weekend work may occur, with two nights’ respite provided each week (though these may vary). We appreciate your understanding as these works contribute to the future vibrancy of our area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
