"Passable but a little disappointing if you are not a regular or part of the contract workers group."

Location

Breakfast not available for guests unless you are a contract worker. An empty breakfast room with full buffet but turned away. Luckily I found a find a juice bar up the street. For dinner, I was advised the kitchen had just closed at 8.30pm and there were no suggestions offered, just a ‘sorry mate ‘even though the bar and food service area full during origin night. Biscuits for dinner.

Christine in reception is a huge asset to the property. She made sure our young daughter had a stretcher bed to sleep on after realising beds werent enough for pax #'s. She also let me in my room when I forgot my key when on her lunch break. Great customer service every interaction with her. Property had a good bistro and bar. they got a few things wrong in our food orders but always apologised and fixed it up no issue. Overall the rooms were good and stay great.
