The manager who wouldn't let us into the room because we were late. It was paid for hours before. Our vehicle broke down getting there and then this dickhead obviously re booked the room and got paid twice while we had to sleep in our vehicle.

due to an issue at our home we needed emergency accommodation over a long weekend in rural seq.. this motel was available and for the most part suited our needs. it is very dated; the bed was comfortable but the nylon bedspread is clearly past its use by and is unhygienic .. drink ware was plastic - at the cost per night even with out vip gold status on hotels.com a glass would have been nice

Very large, spacious rooms with all required facilities.

There was a problem with our booking when we arrived which delayed us checking in by some considerable time (the booking hadn’t come through from Booking.com). There was no one on the desk when we checked out, despite waiting for about 10mins and ringing the bell about 8 times.
