Location was okay, there’s toaster and microwave available

Staff communication was rude and unprofessional. Shower came without a shower screen and shower head was leaking and dripping all night. AC unit was insanely loud too. As it was mentioned a 24/7 self check in motel that asked us to wait for an instruction text by 2pm, we were waiting for it the whole day but did not receive any instructions from the motel. However, we received a text early morning to ask us to pay for a room upgrade. When we arrived for check in, we called the motel staff line, which Anna or another staff member picked us and blamed us for not providing our phone number (which we did, and that’s why we received the upgrade option message) or not responding to the upgrade text message (which the text did not ask us to response), without apologising or saying sorry for not texting us about the check in instructions and code. The staff member was really rude and unprofessional, and gave us a bad impression of Kingston SE, which we’d probably never return again as a result. Apart from the unprofessional communisation, the room was in disrepair, where the bathroom was falling apart. The shower had no screen door or curtains, the shower head was leaking water all night which made a noise so loud we could not sleep, as well as the sink itself was leaking too. The mattress was really hard and uncomfortable and the pillow was too flat and soft. The AC unit was really loud and noisy as well that we had to turn it off to sleep. In conclusion, Kingston Lobster Motel, never again.

Geen personeel gezien, enkel telefonisch contact gehad. Etablissement is gedateerd en aan opfrissing toe, maar voldeed waarvoor ik het nodig had.

Gedateerde faciliteiten, lekkende kraan

Gute Lage direkt am Princes Highway, dennoch ruhig. Großzügige Zimmer mit Aussicht und Zugang zum begrünten Innenhof mit Pool. Der Self-Check-In funktioniert mit dem per SMS übermittelten Zugangs-Code problemlos. Den Tipp mit dem guten Essen im Crown Inn können wir bestätigen. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch eine Führung im nahegelegenen Cape Jaffa Lighthouse.

Die Beleuchtung unseres Zimmers mit Leuchtstofflampen war nicht besonders gemütlich.
