The outside of the property needs work

Room was spacious and clean

The television didn’t work No face to face interaction with hotel staff. All done over the phone.

Recently renovated, clean rooms

Large shower head and no shower door resulted in water everywhere in bathroom. Pool area had rubbish bins which were full to the brim with very old rubbish.

Clean and modern

The bathroom floor was dangerously slippery I would suggest a non slip sealant to make it safe in particular the elderly

No plates or cutlery, dirty outside furniture, would not use the barbecue for same reason
