Please note that the property does not have an elevator. Some rooms are located on the ground floor; if you prefer a ground-floor room, kindly advise the property in advance (subject to availability). Guests arriving outside reception opening hours must notify the property in advance using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. A valid photo ID and credit card are required upon check-in. The name on the ID must match the name on the credit card. Please note that cash payments are not accepted. A surcharge of 1.4% applies for card transactions. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival via credit card. This will be refunded in full by credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Visitors are not permitted, and a strict no-party policy applies. Rooms are not serviced on Sundays and Public Holidays. For group bookings of 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional terms apply. Please contact the property in advance for details.
