Close to the centre of Launceston and plenty of parking on the night we stayed. Good value for money. Clean

Didn't wake up in time for the breakfast that was include! Bathroom was small but best water pressure I've ever experienced from a shower.

The room was quite dark, which made the space feel gloomy and unwelcoming. There was no housekeeping service during our stay, and the soap and shampoo provided were in very small travel-sized. We were quite disappointed, especially given that the property is currently rated 8.2 on Booking.com. Our experience fell well below that score.

"A gem in Launceston"

The proximity to the city via a 5 minute walk is excellent. The check in was quick and seamless. A bonus was car parking is available free of charge. We had three great nights with a pretty damn good continental buffet breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious. Hannah (staff member) gave us excellent local knowledge of where to eat and visit.

Nothing. We would come back no worries.
