Light on all night annoying. Had to use other blanket freezing 🥶 no electric blanket. Bed sounds like springs groaning. Beautiful friendly staff.

The location was great as we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to in bairnsdale and the owner was especially caring.

The room that was on the website was not the room we received. Facilities were not as described. The 4 of us stayed in a family room but there was very little space for us to do so. Some items that were listed were not present and so that was disappointing especially since the weather wasn't great so we needed to spend much more time in the room than anticipated. The owner was new and so was not aware of some of the things listed on the website. There's no blame for that. The facilities are probably just about ready for a bit of an upgrade to say the least. Taps in the shower need tightening or possible replacement, tiny cupboard needs replacing - just things like that. The property has potential because of it's location - but considering we paid over $530 as a family of 4 for 3 nights, I wasn't blown away.
