How hard the receptionist worked to find our reservations! They weren’t showing up in their end. But the receptionist accommodated us.

That checkin took a while because they couldn’t find the reservation I made through Booking.com. Sounds like a glitch needs to be fixed.

"Centrally located"

Very new and updated. 3 of us in town visiting family and the suite met our needs for spreading out. Loved the restaurant next door and lots of other options close by. Can walk to the movie theater also! I would recommend if you’re doing anything in the area and need a centralized place to stay close to restaurants, gas stations and shopping.

A/C didn’t cool the room, beds were small for two regular size adults, no cleaning service to bring clean towels to room, and ants on the table.

Arrived early and the host was able to accommodate us within the hour. He was professional and notified me as soon as the room was ready. The fitness room was the best equipped we have seen in any hotel. All the machines worked!
