Quality Hotel Bentinck

Beautiful old building with a lot of character. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and big as was the room. Room service and the meals were excellent

No elevator (which is understandable for the building) and had to carry all bags up 2 flights of stairs.

Brendan was very good helpful hotel was central where we needed to be looked the part.

Large room with good facilities very clean

Switchboard was buzzing through the night and we had to turn off the power so no heating. Reported to the reception in the morning and they were happy with the feedback

Breakfast was good , room very spacious and clean. Great location , check in staff very friendly

Couldnt get a meal as there was a 45 min wait for dinner in a half full dining room , i booked a room with harbour views but at check in i was told they had up graded me to harbour views. by the pics i thought the room had a balcony it does not

Good location and lovely old building

Saying breakfast was included was misleading. Only a Continental Breakfast was included and that did not offer all the choices listed on their menu. Staff were very casual in attitude though the breakfast staff were attentive.
