There was no breakfast provided. We had bread with us and were grateful for the toaster.

It would have been better to have a microwave oven as well as the toaster. Signs up in the room advised us to use cords to open or close the curtains baut that was out of date, and prompted a frantic search to check. I would have preferred to book direct rather than through booking.com which ended up with an extra bank fee.

Very comfortable bed.

Shower sprayed more on the wall and bathroom than the cubicle occupant. Electric blanket not working on one side and showing error message. Toiletry containers empty. 5 sachets of coffee for 2 people for 2 nights - stingy at best. This was a "newly renovated" room! Management could not be raised to help, but cleaning staff was extremely help full.

"Dont go on a hot day"

This property was advistised as airconditioned. Only the lounge tv area was. The bedroom was so hot that me and my family left about 4am as none of us could sleep.
