The airport shuttle is so convenient and speedy. The staff go above and beyond consistently. The breakfast is fantastic- the rooms - super quiet. We always feel very safe and the 24hour check in makes life so hassle-free. We have never had a bad experience and stay here regularly when flying in and out of Melbourne. Excellent property.
