Perfect for families Breakfast is great The property is good value for money

We had a comfortable stay in a good location at the Comfort Inn and Good Earth Hotel. It is a 3 star hotel and the facilities and room are definitely 3 star. The location is quite central about a 10 minute ride from the CBD. The Reception staff, Winona in particular, was very friendly and professional.

There was a lot of noise in the corridors at night after 10pm. The room was overly clean after housekeeping cleaned it. They did not empty the bins or vacuum.

Good location. Parking on site. Relatively quiet.

Few sketchy looking people around. Booked a room for 4 people and we’re only provide with two towels.

Good location. The studio apartment had everything I needed for my stay, and the included parking was very convenient. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping service, with fresh towels provided every day and dishwashing sponges and detergent regularly replenished. Although the furniture is somewhat dated, it is functional and well maintained. Considering Perth's average accommodation prices, I found the property to offer good value for money.

The studio could be improved with a proper wardrobe, as only clothes hangers were available.

The bed was comfortable enough and the room was warm. The need for on-site parking was important as I needed my car to get around. Luckily each night I was able to jag a spot in the underground car park

The rooms could use a thorough clean, especially the bathroom. Carpets are worn and need replacing
