"Lovely place, nice customer service, some items broken or missing"

Nice room but was missing a coffee pot. No one was available to help me with my luggage upstairs so I grabbed a rolling cart (the check-in guy gave me one) but turned out it was broken causing me difficulty in the elevator (couldn’t get out!!) Please fix these items! Ughhh

Room didn’t have coffee pot, refrigerator was not one-/ no direction sad to how to turn on.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y nos ha encantado. Cuentan con un excelente servicio, el personal es amable y atento, las camas son cómodas, y las instalaciones se encuentran limpias y en buenas condiciones.
