Pratique car le congrès se passait dans cet établissement

Un 4 étoiles !!L’accueil, sous la pluie, mes bagages à la main il a fallut IMMÉDIATEMENT payer la taxe de séjour avant de poser ma valise dans main chambre (je précise que j’ai 75 ans) Aucun room service samedi midi …restaurant fermé Aucune bouteille d’eau ni réfrigérateur ds la chambre ; ni chauffage (ils savaient que le chauffage était défectueux mais il fallait demander un radiateur d’appoint Vue sur la piscine pas entretenue donc verdâtre et le personnel (devait avoir l’ordre)débarrasse le petit déjeuner alors que nous n’avions pas vraiment terminé à 7h30 …. Et d’autres choses encore …..

La suite junior est top. Immense baignoire. Design et propre. Le personnel est vraiment agréable surtout le barman qui propose des super cocktail même pour les enfants.

La personne en charge de gérer le service du petit déjeuner, un bonjour du bout des lèvres pour nous demander notre numéro de chambre, l’amabilité n’est pas au rendez-vous. Elle est arrivée aussi vite qu’elle a disparu
