The location was within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and shops, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was reasonably good.

The bed was firmer than we are used to and the people in the room above our room were very noisy and disruptive during the night and early in the morning.

The booking was made by ph. to ensure connecting rooms and the central booking operator was very helpful. The checking in was a breeze. The rooms were modest in size but very comfortable. We had ample towels and nice toiletries, and an interesting minibar provision which mostly supported local products. All the staff we encountered were friendly, the air conditioning easy to control, and the breakfast had a good range of options. The whole building was immaculate. As a result we all gave the place our unanimous vote as the place to return to on our next visit. Note that we had no trouble charging the EV right next door, and contrary to another reviewer we were not troubled by traffic noise.
