I was very happy with the hotel's location in relation to the airport. The shuttle service was punctual and reliable, which made my transfer very convenient. I also appreciated the wake-up call in the morning, as it helped ensure I didn't miss my flight.

One area that could be improved is the sound insulation. The walls seem quite thin, and I could hear a lot of noise from neighboring rooms and the surrounding areas. Improving the soundproofing would make the stay even more comfortable for guests.

Collected from airport & dropped again. Perfect. Great customer service from all staff. Room was adequate for price. In general welldone Oakwood Manor.

Curtains didn't close. Door lock felt a bit flimsy as there were very noisy commotions going on up until midnight. No electric blanket.
