Great location, lovely pool area, friendly staff. There were yuck cooking smells wafting into the room - even in the middle of the night. No idea how that was happening.

We had a fabulous stay at the Plymouth I ternational. After a day of biking all around New Plymouth it was such a treat to check in and go straight to the Pool and relax our muscles. Our room was beautiful, an upstirs apartment type room that led to our own private balcony where we saw Taranaki in all its glory. The ladies at reception were so cool, they were extremely helpful and a total joy to chat with. We are coming back. Thank you so much!

First time stay, would stay again. All staff very friendly & efficient. Room was nice, ordered room service breaky it arrived on time, hot & very nice. Heaps of onsite free parking, which is great.
