"Fine apart from no sheets for the sofa bed"

Suitable one night accommodation

The sofa bed, needed for the booking for 5 people that had been agreed, did not have sheets. The office had closed at 8.00 pm and hence there was no assistance available to sort the sheet issue out. A late booking in had been advised.

"It was ok but tired decor and fittings and construction outside. We always have stayed here in the past but it feels tir"

The size and space of room

It was very dated and although I know clean - it felt a bit dirty because of the old light switches, the grout fill in the bathroom, the small shower and old fittings. It really needs a refurb. We also didn’t use the spa pool as it just looked unclean, but probably just old tub making it look discolored.

"Not really the best place for longer stay."

Location: near the top spots in rotorua

Foul smell, pool and private jacuzzi unable to use as it is dirty and smelly, damped room for some reason.
