"Heerlijk koel in heet Bilbao"

De ingebouwde airco was echt top. De lay-out van het appartement was heel fijn. We hebben super geslapen doordat het goed donker was en toch koel door de airco.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The air conditioning was a life saver in 40⁰C + heatwave when we visited Bilbao. The staff was absolutely amazing. We had a power cut and reached out to them for help. They responded within minutes and 10 minutes later they were on site to fix it. All super friendly and polite despite it being a public holiday evening! The location was very convenient for exploring the town. Very central but quiet at night.

No estaba limpio, había chicles pegados en el suelo, poca luz y para subir las maletas no había ascensor.

No tiene ascensor para subir a los apartamentos y si vas con silla de bebé hay bastantes escaleras para subir.

Buena ubicación

Nos pareció que las fotos no se condicen con el lugar. Apartamento muy pequeño aunque bonito. Piden que dejes todo limpio,saques la basura y te organices para no poner el lavaplatos a ultimo momento para no incurrir en multas. Nos pareció demasiadas exigencias para un servicio que pagamos...
