I was excited to stay. My daughter had a softball tournament in the area.

Horrible customer service. The staff, when calling the hotel were not very friendly. Our tournament was cancelled due to inclement weather. The hotel had at least 24 hours notice, but would not refund our money. Nor would they consider a partial refund or credit towards a stay at a later date. We will not be staying with Comfort Inn for any future tournaments or family travel.

"Great except for refrigerator problem!!"

The room was great, friendly and courteous staff. Good breakfast selection

Refrigerator in room did not work. They sent staff member to fix and he said it would get cold in a few minutes. But it DID NOT!! Very disappointed! Reported it to front desk again when we left.
