"Very comfortable, convenient and clean"

We drove in very late from Asheville NC, the guy at the front desk (Sorry, I didnt catch his name) was very friendly and made sure we were informed and comfortable during our brief stay.

There is nothing I didnt like about our brief stay at this location

Close to the interstate

Key card didn’t work. Had a handicap person with us and our key card didn’t work. Had to drag all our stuff back and go to front desk to reset our cards.

The breakfast was really good and location off lobby was great

Closet door would not shut and A/C HAD TO BE SET AT 68 to cool the room. Hard to adjust water temp in shower.

"Overall, the place was quiet and we felt safe."

The breakfast was okay, except there was limited variety for people who did not eat meat or dairy. The location was close to the interstate and food stores which was good.

Some of the wash cloths were not white but dengy white/beige! It looked like the bed sheets were not changed from the last guest and had sleep wrinkles as did the pillows.
